The washers overload at less than 3/4 full, some don't drain well enough and leave your clothes sopping wet. Some dryers aren't hot enough and take forever. MORE TROUBLE THAN IT'S WORTH. Might as well do my laundry by hand.
I witnessed the staff refusing a girl to use the restroom if she wasn't washing there. She does sometimes and said she would never come back to wash. I don't blame her. They don't fix their machines and the guy doesn't do anything to help if a machine breaks down. He tried to get me to put more money in the machine when it wasn't working, no way!
