Second time here , and my experience was great! First time it was a bit of wait because they were trying to revive someone , so I get it. Second time I didn't wait long. Nurses are great, they are really nice ! Checking up on me every hour , making sure I don't need anything! Cleaning crew is amazing as well. They greet you and ask how you are every time they went in my room to clean it. I hate staying at hospital's but my stay here was great both times. Pomona valley they take for ever and the nurses are extremely rude ! So yea come here if anything .
Worst hospital ever, lazy staff talking nonsense. Out of the 6 nurses i saw there, there was one good young male nurse here who actually did his job. 2 stars for him.

I wouldn't even give these posers a star! They couldn't wait to kick me to the curb! I'm a paraplegic and could barley move! Went to San Dimas It was Awesome!!!!Montclair hospital is a joke and life threatening!!!!!!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Waited 5 hours. As I waited an abulance droppes off an Afican-American older lady, she could not speak, had terrible pain & could not move one side of her body. The receptionist told her to fill out the documents, while several ppl told.her she could not use her hand to write, so the girl puts the clipboard on the lady's chest and tells her, "come to the window when you're done". The lady sat therr 41/2 hours in her fesis & urine, in what seemed to be a STROKE. Her son arrived around 5:30 & then pushed for medical assistance. I had ONE tube of blood drawn, was seen 8 minutes by a Dr & sent home with nothing. A week later I got a $3,500.00 bill that im still fighting. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
Admitting nurse was amazing at asses my daughters condition. Nursing staff, X ray technicians, ultrasound techs,and Doctor " O Connor" is the best. Doctor OConnor is the best ER doctor here. My family has been fortunate enough to have him on duty when we've had to go to the ER. Thank you all for all you do!!
