I came to Ashley's to look for a cheap mattress but thanks to Lorraine's knowledge and expertise I got the top of line mattress and furniture. Lorraine was extremely helpful! For the first time I had fun shopping for furniture. I did not feel rushed and was able to make selections comfortably. I would recommend Lorraine to friends and family for sure ! What a great experience!!! :)
Very polite and nice people all around the store. They worked with my budget and helped me decide on the best couch. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH to Juan Avila best manager ever! I was honest with my budget and he said no problem. I was very surprised since most stores aren't like this. To be honest he made my day. Thank you once more.
Went the Montclair store and was treated with exceptional customer service. Went in looking for a sleeper sofa and our salesman, Leonard Webb, was the BEST! He showed us our options and answered all our questions. Leonard definitely made us feel at ease and never once made us feel pressured to buy at Ashley, even when we mentioned other store options. We felt very comfortable with our choice to purchase at Ashley and will definitely be back to buy from Leonard!
It was a wonderful experience. I had just gone to one of your competitors and found a sectional that I liked. It was a little over the budget I had allowed myself. And . . . . .I didn't love it. My daughter recommended Ashley. I walked in, was greeted by Salvador and i immediately found THEE living room set. It was a little more than my budget but it was a deal I couldn't pass up. It included everything I needed. And . . . . . I love love, love it.
This is my second purchase right here. The first time I picked bed frame set and mattress and make them deliver to my location. After I got those I am super satisfied with them. Also, the sweetest thing is Sam and David provided an Awesome service to us and picked a little gift for us. Hence, we decided to pick another pieces on here.
