Best Buy in Montclair is the store I've been going to for years. Very friendly and helpful and if they don't have what your looking for at their store, they will call other stores to check for you. They even did a match and price guarantee from there own website.
Have only been to this location 2 times but every time I am welcomed and felt a great customer experience. Will definitely be back even though I live an hour away.
Used to be a nice, and reputable place to buy electronic devices. They have gone nowhere but down in my estimation. Used to be that if you had a faulty device, paid a huge amount of money for a warranty, they would take it back and give you another one no questions asked. Now, they have to touch and feel and grope and rape the device before they will give you a return. Plus, you have to make an appointment before they can rape your device......ugh! I have an appointment for two hours after I show up and then wait for the excruciating long line to be raped. If you buy at Best Buy, definitely get the warranty and send it in for the rape. This particular location is less staffed, so maybe buy at the one on Foothill over in the "rich" part of town. More money up that way..... and get in line for the raping. But, still a nice place for electronics!
