I had an awesome experience from start to finish. I applied online and heard back from Vanessa almost immediately. I came in later the same day and was greeted in the lot and taken over to Vanessa. We worked on my situation and options as I am rebuilding my credit. The car I came for was sold while I was trying to get approved (this lot is hot!). Vanessa was quick to show me more options and helped me find a different car that I would love. From start to finish Vanessa and Albert went out of their way to help get me get a great deal.
